Custom Home Designs offers you a “No Questions Asked” money back guarantee.
If within 30 days of moving into your new home you’re not entirely satisfied, we’ll refund 50% of your initial up front costs.
That’s right, if you think we scammed you, didn’t communicate with you throughout the process, didn’t know what we were talking about or you’re just plain unhappy for any reason, just contact us and we’ll refund your money.
As simple as that. You don’t need to give a reason for asking for it – your word is good enough. (Although we would love to know why so we can make sure it never, ever happens again.)
Subject To The Following
The Custom Home Designs money back guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Applies to homes designed and built through Custom Home Designs Pty Ltd (ACN: 135 600 994).

Applies to homes designed and built in Australia only.

“Initial up front costs” are deemed to be the fees charged for concept design preparation of plans, not the total building contract price.

Claims must be received in writing within 30 calendar days starting from the day after you move into your new home.
The Custom Home Designs money back guarantee does not apply to:

Homes built from building plans provided by clients.

Homes built through a builder other than a Custom Home Designs endorsed builder.

Projects where we provide project management services only.
